#1 Wow Cooking Trainers Guide | Cooking Skill Levels 1-450

About this Guide - (Patch 3.2.2a) |
This WoW Cooking Trainers Guide is the #1 complete list of Cooking Trainers throughout Azeroth and Outland in World of Warcraft. The list includes trainers from Burning Crusades and Wrath of the Lich King expansions. This list of Cooking Trainers is also organized by expansion.

Reasons to Cook
Cooking is a great pass-time in both the real world AND the World of Warcraft. Luckily, cooking in WoW can be nearly free and highly profitable. As you level your cooking skill from 1 to 450, you can make a fortune by selling the dishes you make in your nearest Auction House. The most profitable foods are "stat" foods and "fun" foods. whether you level-up your cooking skill for profit, fun or both, you will need to visit a Cooking Trainer in order to advance beyond certain skill levels.

Cooking Skill Levels
Getting Started
Before you can begin Cooking, you need to be trained as a Cooking "Apprentice". Fortunately, even level 1 toons can level up their cooking skill to 425. If you want to keep your chef at level 1, you'll need to get a teleport to Dalaran so you can train with the Grand Master Chefs, because a journey on foot will surely get you more experience points than you'll bargain for.
